-All hotel reservation request or confirmation must be notified by mail, email or SMS, then to be firm, confirmed with a wire transfer for the amount of the room(s) or providing us your credit card number by phone or on our website. In case of a wire transfer, please include the dates of your stay and provide us by email or by telephone, your arrival time, your address and a contact telephone number. The amount of the wire transfer will be deducted from the total bill of your stay. Online reservation: no fees are charged at the moment of the reservation. You will pay your stay on the spot with the form of payment of your choice: credit card or cash.
-We pay special attention to your bank details privacy which are moreover treated in a secured way on our website and only used as means of reservation.
-For a gift voucher, the total amount of the stay can be charged on the credit card number provided or you can pay with a wire transfer. Changeable but non-refundable.
-Check in: from 2 pm to 7 pm (6 pm during low season). Beyond this schedule, please contact us to fix a way to collect your key room. No arrival after 10 pm or a participation for 10€ will be charged.
Check-out: before 11 am imperatively or another night will be charged.
-The arrival time is the one fixed at the moment of the reservation.
-The management reserves the right to distribute and to exchange the room numbers according to availability. -Unfortunately, we don’t have private car park at your disposal. You can just park in the street all along the road or at the public car park situated 300 meters away.
-Animals accepted: one animal per room, 10kg maximum, 10€ additional fee.
-All modifications or cancellations to your reservation must be notified by mail, email or SMS 72 hours in advance and before 12 am. Thereafter, or in the case of a no-show, your first night’s stay will be debited from your credit card or your wire transfer will be held as well as for a gift voucher. If several rooms were reserved, the first night’s stay of each room reserved will be debited/held. No adjournment, claim or refund will be accepted (Not valid: medical/ hospitalization/death certificate, terrorist act, accident/breakdown, pandemic/sanitary crisis, dismissal, delayed/canceled/missed plane/train/boat etc…).
